Apartments "Lux Perazić" is a newly built facility that has been in operation since June 2018, located in the tourist resort Dobre Vode on the beach Veliki Pjesak. The house contains 8 units. The house is located 9 km from Bar pud Ulcinj. Distance from the beach less than 50m. Each apartment contains a kitchen, living room, bathroom, TV, air conditioning, WIFI and its own terrace. Each apartment has a terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountain Lisinj. In the immediate vicinity there are restaurants, bakeries, grocers, fast food, pastry shops, pharmacies, etc. On the beach there are also tourist boats with which you can visit more distant beaches on the Montenegrin coast, and see the beauty of the Montenegrin coast. Dobre Vode has three beaches, of which Veliki Pjesak is the largest and most visited beach. Free parking is provided for all guests, and for guests who do not use their own transport, we provide free transport from rail or bus traffic from Bar. Our biggest gain is the satisfaction of each guest.
